  1.  Privacy Policy
    1. Eltel Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Websites it manages and operates, including the website https://www.eltel.co.il and any website at any additional address (hereinafter: “the Website”), according to the discretion of the Company.
    2. These terms will teach you, the user of the Website, the privacy policy concerning the Website and its purpose, which is, among other things, to clarify the Company’s procedures regarding the privacy of users of the Website, how the Company uses the information it receives and information collected about users of the Website, if any.
    3. This policy is an integral part of the terms of use of the Website. The provisions of this policy are written in male form, but are intended for both men and women alike.

2. Provision of Detail and Personal Information

      1. When using the Website Services, information may be collected about you, including information that can be reasonably used to identify you, including your first and last name, your address, your e-mail address and your telephone number (“Personal Information”).
      2. The use of the website does not involve registration or the submission of details and personal information. However, contacting the Company using online contact forms found on the Website involves registration and the provision of details and personal information, such as full name, address, telephone number, active email address and other details, as needed and according to circumstances. To avoid any doubt, by law you are not required to provide the details and personal information, and provision of such data depends on your consent and your free will.
      3. You are required to provide only correct, accurate and complete details, and you hereby confirm the correctness of the details you have provided.         3.  Information Collected During Use of the Website

        The Company may collect additional information about you when you contact and correspond with the Company; for example, when you submit any requests or inquiries to the Company. Some of the information does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your details, but serves as statistical and cumulative information. For example, advertisements you read on the Website, the pages you viewed, the offers and services that interested you, the Internet address (IP) from which you contacted the Company, etc. However, the Company may use this information later for the purpose of advertising and marketing products and content in which you have expressed interest. 6. Providing Information to Third Parties

The Company will not pass on to third parties the personal information you have provided and the details collected about your activity on the Website, except in the following cases:

    1. To the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Website Services;
    2. In the event of a breach in the Terms of Use of the Website by you, or the performance of actions deemed by the Company to be unlawful, or an attempt to perform such actions, through the Website;

7. The Database

The information that the Company collects is stored in its database, which is stored by server hosting and information backup providers, which may also be located outside the borders of Israel. Additional information, as specified in this policy, is collected and stored by other companies (such as statistics companies, etc.). They can also keep the information outside the country. Your consent to this policy also constitutes consent to the storage of information abroad and its transfer outside Israel.

According to the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, every person is entitled to review by himself, or by a proxy authorized by him in writing or by a guardian, the information held about him in a database. A person reviewing the data about themselves and finding it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out-of-date, may approach the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information. If the database owner refuses, he must inform the requester in the way set by the regulations and the Protection of Privacy Law.

11. Direct E-mail

  1. The Company is interested in sending you, from time to time, information about its services, as well as marketing and advertising information, by e-mail. Such information will only be sent to you if you have given your express consent, which can be revoked at any time (after which you will cease to receiving it) by writing to the Company using the form on the website under “Contact Us”.

The Company will not give your personal information to advertisers. However, it may transfer statistical information about the activity of users of the websites. Transmitted statistical information will not personally identify you.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

  1. The Company may change the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made to the policy, a notice will be published on the home page of the Website 7 days before the changes are due take effect. If changes are made to the policy in accordance with the provisions of the law or a requirement of an authorized authority, they will take effect in accordance with such provisions.
